1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- The item must be free from damage, dirt, or any signs of wear caused by the customer.
- Custom-made, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.
- Exchanges are available for size, color, or style, subject to stock availability.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at info@tippybeautypronie.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return or exchange.
- Step 2: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with shipping instructions.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the provided return address.
- Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refund details are as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bankβs processing time.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, follow the same return request process.
- Once we receive and approve your return, we will ship the replacement item at no extra cost (for domestic orders).
- International customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no extra charge.
6. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Worn or damaged shoes.
- Custom-made or personalized sneakers.
- Final-sale or clearance items.
